Lujan Fernandez came into this world in 1979 in Argentina. She grew up with an affinity for acting and from early childhood was involved with several local television programs. It seemed like a career in front of the camera was not unrealistic and throughout high school, this is where Fernandez was headed.

Her plans all changed in Uruguay, however, when she was 14 years old. As she was tanning on the beach, a scout could not help but notice this beautiful girl and her potential for modeling success. He approached, told her how unique she was, and they exchanged information. After consulting with her parents upon arrival back home, Fernandez decided to try out this new opportunity. Like many success stories, Erin Ellington’s multi-faceted life cannot be captured fully in the unidimensional photographs that reveal only her rare beauty. “It was hard work,” Erin commented. “I grew up in the small farm town of Adel, Iowa, one of seven children of German, French, Dutch and Cherokee Indian descent. My father passed away when I was young. What I’ve achieved has been the result of a positive attitude in the face of adversity.”The elusive combination of brains, tenacity and rare beauty helped Erin achieve her goals. In high school, Erin captured academic honors while also serving as captain of the cheerleading squad and competing on the girls’ golf team, as well as being elected Homecoming Queen. Erin went on to earn combined degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Cornell College, a private school in Mount Vernon, Iowa. Following graduation, Erin worked in numerous professions – as a flight attendant, as a youth crisis counselor, and even as a funeral home’s family service counselor – until realizing her lifelong goal of modeling was within reach.

Rachael Ray - FHM

Rachael Ray is the queen of cooking in America. The Oprah, if you like. She’s so gobsmackingly powerful that if she told her viewers to kick themselves in the head, they probably would – and continue baking at the same time.
Unlike the UK, it seems that stateside hot TV chefs are actually encouraged. Sure, there’s Nigella Lawson, but she’s nowhere near as perky as this one. This girl’s a livewire – and in a good way. Besides, Ray’s had celebrities on her show that the likes of Nigella could only dream of: Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, Hulk Hogan… now that’s a TV show. Ex-professional wrestlers and presidents making cakes. Suck on that, Worrall Thompson.
