Hilton was a cheerleader in high school and worked part-time at a Dairy Queen in Connersville, Indiana. Hilton started modeling when she agreed to pose for swimwear and lingerie photos by the photographer who shot her high school senior pictures. An agent discovered her online and brought her to Los Angeles.
Her first adult photoshoot was for the December 2006 Penthouse issue as Pet of the Month. She decided to do hardcore scenes because her boyfriend, convicted rapist Jack Venice, refused to stop doing them. She performed her first boy/girl scene with Venice for Brazzers in April 2008. In May 2008, she was signed by Vivid Entertainment to an exclusive contract. Her debut movie for the company was Meggan and Hanna Love Manuel.
In an interview published in the September 2008 issue of Xcitement magazine, Hilton mentioned that she has a four-year old son.
